Watch his movie "Down by Law" .. You will know what i'm talking abt. Robby Muller handles the camera for all Jarmusch movie and all his movies are shot in B&W. Muler justifies that by saying a B&W shot reduces distractions and help the viewer focus on the plot rather.
This pic so reminded me of the opening few scenes from Down by Law. Good Luck Laura
